Shipping Policy

Krapsakas focuses on the European market and ships primarily within Europe.

Shipping Areas

  • European Union
    Shipping is free of charge to all EU member states.

  • Non-EU Europe
    We ship to Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland.
    A €5 standard shipping fee applies. Any customs duties, import taxes or declaration fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • United Kingdom
    We ship to the UK with a 2.61£ standard shipping fee. Customs or import fees may apply and are paid by the customer.

If you are located outside Europe, please contact us before placing an order and we will do our best to assist.


Production & Shipping Method

All Krapsakas-designed clothing (T-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies) is made to order and shipped directly from our production partner.
Orders are usually delivered via standard shipping carriers (e.g. DPD).


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and product type:

  • T-shirts: approximately 4–18 business days

  • Crewneck sweatshirts & hoodies: approximately 4–30 business days

If an order contains items with different delivery times, the shipment will be sent according to the longest delivery timeframe.


Customs & Import Fees

For non-EU countries, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the customer.


Address Information (EU Customers)

Our checkout uses an automatic address suggestion system, which may not work correctly for all EU countries.

If address suggestions do not appear, please enter your full address manually in all required fields. Once the address is completed correctly, available shipping options (including free EU shipping) will appear at checkout.


Parcel Lockers & Pickup Points

If you wish to have your order delivered to a parcel locker or pickup point, please:

  • Enter the parcel locker address clearly, and

  • Add the exact parcel locker name and location in the “Order special instructions” field at checkout.

Incomplete or unclear information may cause delays.
