If you are outside of Europe, please contact us politely — we will do our best to arrange shipment. Additional customs and import fees may apply.

Krapsakas-designed clothing

• Ships free of charge within EU member states.

• Non-EU Europe (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland): €5 shipping fee applies, plus any customs or declaration fees paid by the customer.

• United Kingdom and Ireland follow the same shipping rules as Europe.

Products ship directly from our production partner, usually via DPD.

For customers located in European Union countries, please note:
Our checkout uses an automatic address suggestion system. Unfortunately, this system does not always work correctly for all EU countries.

➡️ If address suggestions do not appear, please enter your full address manually in all required fields. Once all address fields are filled in correctly, the available shipping option (including free EU shipping) will appear at checkout.

📮 Parcel Locker / Pickup Point Deliveries

If you would like your order delivered to a parcel locker or pickup point, please make sure to:

• Enter the parcel locker address as clearly as possible in the address fields.

• Use the “Order special instructions” box at checkout to add:

• • The exact name of the parcel locker

  • Its full address or precise location details

Why this matters:
Parcel locker information does not always pass through address fields correctly.
If details are missing or unclear, we may need to contact you for clarification, which can delay shipping. Providing complete information during checkout helps us process and ship your order without unnecessary delays.
