Why are Krapsakas collections seasonal?
Krapsakas releases its own designs in intentional seasons: January–April, May–August, and September–December.
Each seasonal collection is available for a limited four-month period, after which it is retired to make space for new creations.
A small number of designs remain as part of our core collection — pieces with messages that feel timeless and relevant beyond a specific season.
Do any designs stay available longer?
Yes. While most seasonal designs are available only for their release window, a few are selected to remain part of our core offering. These designs carry messages we believe people may want to wear anytime — not just within one season.
Is Krapsakas fast fashion?
No. Krapsakas is created with intention. We prioritize quality, longevity, and careful creation over speed and constant output.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Krapsakas-designed items are made specifically for you after you place an order.
This helps reduce overproduction and ensures that we create only what will genuinely be worn.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes – European Union law guarantees a 14‑day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU.
However, we encourage you to choose thoughtfully before ordering.
At Krapsakas, we aim to produce what will genuinely be worn and loved — not excess products that risk ending up in landfills and harming the planet.
If you are unsure whether a piece is something you will wear often, take the time to reflect before purchasing.
For returns, please follow the instructions in our Returns policy. Damaged or incorrect items are always handled on a case‑by‑case basis with fairness and care.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes a size chart in the photo section. Measurements are provided by our suppliers and may vary slightly. While variations of up to ~ 5 cm are possible, our experience shows products generally align with the stated measurements.
Pro tip: Measure a similar item you already own and compare it to the size guide — this is often the best way to choose the most comfortable fit.
Are your products suitable for plus-size wearers?
Yes. Many Krapsakas pieces are designed with relaxed fits, stretch, and comfort in mind.

Where do you ship?
We primarily focus on Europe.
Shipping rates:
• EU member states: Free, standard shipping
• Non-EU Europe (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland): 5€ standard shipping
• United Kingdom: 2.61£ standard shipping
Please note: for non-EU countries, additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
All Krapsakas‑designed clothing is shipped as standard shipping.
If you are located outside Europe, please contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the product and destination:
• T-shirts: approximately 4–18 days
• Sweatshirts/hoodies: approximately 4–30 days
